Improving the web page of a small insurance agency located in Wichita Falls TX.

Using the double diamond design process I conducted and developed comprehensive research, usability testing and graphic deliverables to create a competitive mobile and web page, integrated business automation and improved the UX/UI of www.HolubInsuranceAgency.com

Transportation app similar to Google Maps and Move it. For this project I developed wireframes, comprehensive research and clickable prototype on Figma in addition I conducted usability study and used the agile method ad the double diamond design process.

From 2015-2016 I worked as outreach specialist in city of Wichita Falls, I was assigned by the National WIC Organization to conduct a research and come up with an solution to improve the WIC Shopping Experience. I chose this project to be my school capstone project because of the potential to change so many people lives. The project become successful. I did translate my research and findings into a UX/UI project in 2021 and developed the informational infrastructure for an app (wireframes and clickable prototype).

Accessibility path is a project devoted to help people with various conditions trough use of technology. In this project I try to dive deeply in the world of limitations. I seek solutions by addressing specific needs and conditions and carefully design tailored path for access. This project is ongoing for life non-profit project. My goal is to make all the information online accessible to everyone. I seek cooperation with partners volunteers and sponsors to turn that project into reality.
